Alo Yoga, a leading sportswear and lifestyle brand, today announced the launch of an immersive digital shopping experience with virtual reality integration, digital styling features, streaming beauty and wellness tutorials, workout classes, and seamless checkout.
Alo has partnered with experiential e-commerce platform Obsess to launch the immersive virtual store, which users can experience via computer, cell phone, or the Meta Quest 2 virtual reality headset.
“We are happy to partner with Obsess to launch our first Alo Yoga virtual store, which the community will experience through a Meta Quest 2 VR headset.” “The immersive virtual environment powered by the resources of the Obsess platform will help us interact with the Alo community where they are and allow us to present our launch, in a three-dimensional environment as if shopping in one of our stores in real life.” Said Angelic Vendette, global head of advertising and marketing at Alo.
Alo Yoga’s online store will allow visitors to browse, study and store Alo’s collections, interact with various content, and create custom garments to visualize what different mixes of Alo tops and bottoms look like.
The online store could also incorporate images of exercises decided by the Alo Moves fitness platform, usually the simplest available to paid subscribers.
