The NextMoon project will offer its users a simulation inside the metaverse based on the real mapping of the moon, allowing its exploration or even acquiring NFT land on it.
NextMoon is defined as a metaverse project, in which a full representation of the Earth’s lunar surface is observed in a three-dimensional system.
Based on the Solana network, it has a total of 8,230 lunar plots, which can be acquired as NFT and generate various opportunities for its titular users.

NextMoon offers its users the possibility to explore the real surface of the moon from the metaverse.
The level of visual detail in the NextMoon metaverse is a highlight, based on real lunar mapping systems, where craters and plains can be seen as they really are.
Benefits of acquiring NFT plots in NextMoon
Three types of lands or plots have been designed within NextMoon, organized as follows:
- Landmarks: this is the most expensive type of land in the project, with a value of 25 SOL, approximately 1,200 USD. These rare NFTs are based on areas where Apollo missions have had contact.
- Craters: these are large areas of rare rarity. Priced at 15 SOL, which represents at the time of writing, approximately 730 USD.
- Desert: the usual NFT plots in this metaverse, priced at 2 SOL, approximately 98 USD.
The prices shown were those offered during the first Minteo public event, which has already closed, a new round is expected to be opened soon.
Those users holding NFT plots within NextMoon will be able to build lunar exploration facilities, allowing them to experience first-hand the real surface of the Earth’s natural satellite.
Additionally, NFTs offer a level of participation in the DAO model proposed by NextMoon, helping to make decisions regarding the future of the metaverse.
Upon launch, parcel holders will have passive income streams, as well as participation in NextMoon’s Play to Earn game, where income can be actively earned.
The token and the official launch
The official launch of the NextMoon project is expected in early 2023, where the exploration of the metaverse will begin.
As for its native governance token, it will be the IDO, which will be listed within CEX and DEX, this being the pillar of the internal economy of this lunar metaverse.
At the moment new releases are expected during the second quarter of this year, which are raised in its roadmap, highlighting mainly the economy performance tests.
