The Sandbox has released the 2022 Landowner Roadmap, which has exciting perks and benefits for landowners. The Sandbox has expressed its intention to grow and build the Metaverse with landowners in this roadmap.
The roadmap lays out several features such as claiming, gambling, buying $LAND tokens and huge $SAND airdrops worth $5 million. On May 20, 2022, at 15:00 UTC, a Sandbox AMA discord session will be held to further discuss all the programs with LAND owners.
Advantages of being a LAND owner in The Sandbox
LAND owners will have higher priority than other players in the upcoming Alpha Season of The Sandbox. LAND owners can bet $SAND for LAND and can earn up to 90% in return. 10 million dollars of $SAND has been allocated just for LAND owners to wager. The on-air value of $SAND will double to $5 million for all TIERRAS owners, and the second round of exclusive $SAND giveaway for TIERRAS owners will take place in September 2022.

Upcoming key features and rewards for LAND owners
Exclusive $SAND Airdrop: A $SAND airdrop worth $5 million will be held in May 2022 to reward LAND owners. LAND owners can claim $SAND based on their minimum score and tier. The different levels are sole proprietor, owner, tycoon, tycoon and tycoon. The maximum $SAND token that can be earned is 10,000. The level, amount and minimum score are as follows:
