They were also awarded a WL booth at the official “We Set The Trends” launch. Following the live event the duo held a Q&A session via Twitter Spaces.
The animated music video for “We Set The Trends” features 15 visual artists and 20 unique NFTs with BAYC appearances in the video, plus a total of 2,420 mint-ready NFTs.
The video follows the team as they embark on a psychedelic journey through the non-fungible realm, featuring interactions with a series of familiar characters of the Bored Ape persuasion. All while enjoying the hard-hitting sounds of Jim and his team.
The original version was created by Jim Jones and Migos, while the version premiering on Decentraland is revamped by some big name artists such as Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled and Juelz Santana.
LimeWire and the NFTs
LimeWire is the title sponsor of this event. The file-sharing company has set its sights on the NFT industry ready to make a real change.
The founders recognize that there are still a number of technical hurdles preventing mass adoption. As such, they intend to build a truly mainstream-ready collecting platform accessible to everyone.
