After receiving the Best Innovation award at the UK Festival Awards, EXIT has entered into a multi-year partnership with ticketing platform NFT-TiX for its upcoming festivals and events.

Last July, EXIT, multiple winners of the Best European Festival Award, became the first major music event in the world to use blockchain technology to sell NFT tickets for an event of this scale, enabling ticket purchases on a decentralized ticketing platform.

It was this project that won the UK Festival Innovation Award mentioned above and has now been shortlisted for the DISRUPTOR Award at the Ticketing Business Awards, one of the most prestigious global awards in the ticketing industry.

The partnership with NFT-TiX will include a series of events organized by the EXIT team, with a special offer for the upcoming EXIT Festival, which will take place July 6-9, 2023 at the Petrovaradin Fortress in Novi Sad.
In addition to NFT tickets, EXIT was the first major festival in the world last year, along with Coachella, to launch its NFT collection.

The partnership between NFT-TiX and EXIT Festival is a prime example of the innovative solutions that the ticketing industry needs to meet the demands of today’s event attendees.

For the upcoming EXIT Festival, in addition to regular NFT tickets, ten never-before-seen ultra VIP humanitarian NFT tickets will be available, priced at €10,000.

These passes will offer fans an incredible festival experience, including artist meet-and-greets, entry to the Infinite Dance Arena Lounge, a personal host, Onstage tickets to the Dance Arena, access to the GOLD VIP areas of the festival main stage and Dance Arena, and entry to the Diamond VIP area of the Dance Arena.

In addition to the festival grounds benefits, ticket holders will be provided with accommodation at the Leopold Hotel, airport transfer, a separate location for wristband redemption and festival entry, and telephone support from the EXIT Festival VIP protocol service.

NFT-TiX and EXIT Festival were shortlisted for the DISRUPTOR award at the Ticketing Business Awards. The partnership between NFT-TiX and EXIT Festival is recognized as an outstanding example in the industry, and this award rewards innovation and competence in ticketing and event management.

The winner will be announced at the Ticketing Business Forum in Manchester on April 19.

NFT-TiX is a revolutionary ticketing platform built on the Ethereum blockchain that uses smart contracts to directly connect ticket sellers and buyers, eliminating the need for middlemen.

Leveraging blockchain technology, NFT-TiX offers a secure and transparent way to buy and sell tickets for various events, such as music festivals, sports matches, conferences, and many more.

NFT-TiX prioritizes fair pricing and unique benefits for ticket holders, including long-term solutions against fraud, resale, and secondary markets. NFT-TiX is a game-changer in the ticketing industry, offering a new level of transparency, convenience, security, and exclusivity to event attendees while providing organizers with direct access to their audience.

This type of ticketing is undoubtedly the future of the festival industry and a profound contribution to the expansion of the NFT music community.

With an NFT ticket, festival-goers receive not only admission to the event but a one-of-a-kind digital asset that makes each ticket a unique and immutable digital asset that guarantees entry.

In addition, these tickets often give their holders access to exclusive experiences, such as fan clubs made up solely of similar NFT ticket holders.

Exit’s last year was also marked by its entry into the Metaverse and the creation of one of the first NFT collections in the festival world, as well as NFT festival tickets.

Known for being creative and innovative, this venture was fortunate, to say the least, as all collections sold out. Three NFT collections were created in collaboration with famous personalities and music stars.

The SHADES collection was created by one of the most famous artists in the world of electronic music, MACEO PLEX, the WINGS collection was created by model, pilot, and human rights activist CHRISTINA CARMELA, while the third was a unique digital artwork called HEADPHONES.
