Everyrealm is a metaverse real estate company dedicated to constructing virtual buildings in immersive 3D worlds. The company is backed by some of the web3’s leading venture capital firms, including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), which led its $60 million fundraising in February.
Other notable backers include Coinbase, The Weeknd, actor Will Smith and U.S. rapper Nas, among others.
EveryRealm claims Hometopia is the world’s first metaverse game for designing, building and renovating virtual real estate.

Hometopia, by Everyrealm, is one of the first metaverse games focused on home design, construction and renovation of virtual real estate. This free Web3 game aims to tap into the addictive nature of home design games such as The Sims, Animal Crossing or Roblox.
According to Everyrealm’s description of Hometopia, the game allows users to build ideal homes, not just structures created to power gaming experiences.
“Hometopia will appeal to those looking for a more realistic home design and world creation game, as they have moved on from the house building games they loved as kids. Hometopia will become the generation of The Sims, one of the best-selling PC games of all time, which has sold more than 11 million copies and generated more than $5 billion in revenue,” said Alex Ahlund, founder and developer of Hometopia.
The game concept is closer to popular Roblox-based home design games Bloxburg – with more than 5 billion views and 11 million “likes” since 2015 – and Brookhaven – which regularly logs more than 450,000 concurrent users.

EveryRealm is one of the largest metaverse real estate holders in Decentraland, Axie Infinity and The Sandbox. Some of its notable virtual real estate projects include Fantasy Islands and The Row.
