This marks the game’s transition to Origin Phase 3, which supposedly comes with a number of crucial updates around gameplay and economic updates.
Yesterday, Axie Infinity shared a tweet that the patch maintenance would take place in about 3 hours and was expected to last between 5-7 hours.

According to the latest revelations made in Axie Infinity’s official announcement, there are significant updates to ponder about the arrival of Origin Phase 3.
One of the key points of the revelation is the SLP rewards that have been added to Origin’s ranked game mode and completely removed from Classic (v2).
In addition, they have adjusted the leaderboard rewards, while also tweaking the crafting or disenchantment systems, balance alterations and more.
Origin Season 0 lasts for 30 days and is certainly an important step in the direction of your digital nation, as it includes crucial updates.
NFT Runes and Amulets will also be present, as they require Slow Love Potion and Moon Shards to be crafted and can be minted in Ronin through the marketplace.
However, it should be noted that the steps towards improving the game and launching Season 1, all rewards, card balance, crafting costs and other game components are subject to notable adjustments and alterations during Season 0.
