A university, a hospital and a gym in the metaverse will be inaugurated next October by Dubai-based company Thumbaу Group.
Users of the hospital center will be able to access medical consultations, first aid training and attend educational courses on health у wellness, the Khaleej Times newspaper reported.
To make use of these services you will need to create a character in the metaverse у enter the virtual hospital building.

Khaleej Times reported that Thumbaу Group’s metaverse also plans to develop a virtual medical university.
Gulf Medical University will participate along with its students in this project so that they can learn a little more about this new virtual world.
They will be able to interact with the teaching area, develop skills with patients in 3D laboratories, simulated with gamification techniques.
Virtual Gym
Body and Soul Wellness Studio will be the group in charge of designing the gym in the Thumbaу Group metaverse.
It will feature various exercise routines that users can select. A full body analysis will help you choose which exercises to perform.
“We are very excited to take this initiative and be in line with the developments of the future,” noted Thumbay Moideen, founder and president of Thumbay Group.
The first phase of this project will be launched in the last quarter of this year 2022 and will allow those interested in this metaverse to pay for some courses with cryptocurrencies.
Spain already has a hospital in the metaverse
Spain is one of the first countries in Europe to have its first health center in the metaverse. It is the “San Juan de Dios” hospital located in the city of Zaragoza. The medical center will allow you to learn about some of its research, daily activities, services portfolio and social responsibility initiatives.
