PUBG’s NFTs with Banger

The blockchain part of the development will be handled by Banger, a platform that specializes in integrating NFTs into the ecosystem of various games.

Several of Banger’s new features will be tested in anticipation of serving millions of players from launch.

License to Kill is one of the Banger Alpha challenges in which players try to get as many kills as possible. Players will achieve better results and receive more points for headshots the higher their level.

In Kill Frenzy, players are tasked with running over as many people as possible. The top 10 scores are displayed. Players use sniper rifles to score maximum points in the Ghost Killer game.

It is clear that the gaming industry is looking for NFT integration, although 2022 may not be its best year.

As for PUBG NFT integration, participants who sign up for the Alpha test will be able to immediately receive an exclusive collectible digital Banger.

Due to the innovative features and limited digital treasures that users can own and display to prove their participation in Banger early on, the platform’s Alpha test is expected to attract a sizable audience.

It should be noted that Banger is essentially a “white label” platform for integrating NFTs into games. This means that PUBG will not be creating or integrating its own NFTs, but will rely on Banger to handle the blockchain.

It will be interesting to see how this aligns with Valve’s cryptocurrency ban on Steam.

The alpha version of the platform will demonstrate that users of games like PUBG can use platforms like Banger without having to make an upfront investment or change their gaming experience, said Nicolas Gonzalez, Chief Product Officer at Banger.

“This Alpha will demonstrate that players of games like PUBG can already benefit from platforms like ours without having to make an upfront investment or see their gameplay experience altered. As with previous platform tests, we expect another full house at this ALPHA thanks to our extra goodies and especially our limited digital collectibles that we want our users to own and carry as recognition for participating in the creation of Banger from the beginning,” said Gonzalez.

PUBG and the Web3

In March of this year, PUBG publisher Krafton announced a collaboration with blockchain startup Solana Labs to create and market blockchain and NFT-powered games that work.

The Gaming Industry and NFTs

Gaming companies like PUBG are always looking for a white label platform that can handle NFT integration, security and ongoing maintenance.

Banger will also take into account all blockchain components here. PUBG won’t have to set aside time to read the part.

The gaming industry is constantly adopting NFTs to make the virtual environment more immersive and dynamic. Players’ desire to own a virtual asset has been noted.

To increase their value, these digital assets are traded or created. When Banger incorporates NFTs into the PUBG ecosystem, it will be a test for both companies.

The relationship between NFTs and the gaming industry has been complex; many companies, large and small, have tried to get into the game, leading to a number of blockchain-related scams.

Some games have even been built entirely around the NFT concept, and while the NFT industry has struggled this year, it appears that some gaming companies will continue to pursue it until it is completely exhausted.
