PATRÓN Tequila fans participating in an immersive cocktail quest the tequila brand’s pop-up series at Decentraland.
PATRÓN Tequila makes its first foray into the metaverse with “Summer Made Sensational: A PATRÓN Pop-Up Series.” Located in Decentraland, the virtual experience will take tequila enthusiasts on a cocktail-themed journey.

The tequila brand’s entry into the metaverse follows its initial foray into Web3 through its first NFT, PATRÓN Chairman’s Reserve, which launched in January.
The PATRÓN pop-up series at Decentraland is a bar experience inspired by the brand’s signature cocktails, such as the PATRÓN Perfect Paloma, PATRÓN Silver & Soda and PATRÓN Añejo Highball.
Upon entering the experience, visitors will automatically arrive at the first cocktail-inspired venue and will be greeted by a PATRÓN host. Next, a PATRÓN bartender will ask visitors to get different ingredients to make a cocktail at the three locations – Jazz Club, Flamingos and Metaverse Festival.
U.S. residents 21 and older will help bartenders at each venue find the essential ingredients needed to make each drink in three themed cocktail missions.
They will also have the opportunity to explore limited-time pop-ups and unlock exclusive NFT PATRON items, such as a gold jacket.
Those who successfully complete all three missions will have a chance to win the grand prize: a trip to Punta Mita, Mexico, as well as a rare wearable within the PATRÓN metaverse.
The PATRÓN grand prize will include a trip for two from the United States to Punta Mita, Mexico, 4 nights’ accommodations in a luxury three-bedroom condo for two in Punta Mita, three meals a day (alcohol is not included), unlimited use of golf and golf carts at Punta Mita golf courses during the stay, and use of Punta Mita Ocean Sports aquatic equipment.
U.S.-based Decentraland users can participate in the searches via www.patrontequilaverse.com from Aug. 12-14 and/or Aug. 19-21 from Friday at 5 p.m. EST through Monday at 4 a.m. EST. One grand prize will be awarded each weekend.
