One of Australia’s longest established multi-million dollar property developers, Niecon, has partnered with Xillion’s (XIL) NFT All Set real estate platform.

They will tokenize, fractionalize and sell several luxury villas worth over $3MM in small pieces starting at $10 a piece.

To make this project a reality, Niecon has established a strategic real estate partner with the investment platform All Set – by Xillion (XIL), which specializes in tokenizing real estate.
In approximately January 2023, several luxury villas located in one of Australia’s most popular holiday destinations (Gold Coast, Queensland) will be sold on the All Set website as NFTs. The total price of the villas exceeds $3,000,000.
How it works:
- Niecon and All Set will tokenize each of the villas by minting over NFT 10,000 for each villa.
- The sale will take place on the All Set website. Users will have to use their wallets to buy NFT.
- Each user will be able to buy as many NFT as they wish.
- Once users have purchased an NFT, they will be able to sell or exchange it at any time without any permissions or approvals.
- In addition, all NFT holders will be able to receive rental income.
- All users will also be able to purchase the properties in their entirety, acquiring the entire collection of NFTs.
