Famed entertainer and “Queen of Christmas” Mariah Carey will bring the holiday spirit to Roblox during the month of December through one of the platform’s mega-popular experiences, Livetopia.

Mariah Carey’s Winter Wonderland
“Mariah Carey’s Winter Wonderland” is designed to offer Mariah Carey fans and users of Roblox, a global online platform that connects millions of people through immersive 3D experiences, a unique way to connect with the iconic artist and enjoy her music with friends and family.
During the month of December, there will be a holiday-themed scavenger hunt created in collaboration with Mariah’s twins Moroccan and Monroe, special deliveries of virtual items and decked out Livetopia homes, culminating in special virtual performances.
The Livetopia team will bring the performances to life using state-of-the-art motion capture technology, as well as the latest in Roblox lighting, effects and rendering.
Mariah Carey will perform her hits old and new, including the well-known song “All I Want For Christmas Is You” as the finale to this wonderful and innovative, fully immersive experience for Roblox users around the world to enjoy.
The first of four consecutive nights of the virtual performance begins at 7 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Dec. 21, with additional performances at 7 p.m. EST on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th.

World-class artists such as Elton John, Lil Nas X, Lizzo, The Chainsmokers and others have demonstrated the value and shift from physical experiences to digital formats on Roblox, where millions of people enjoy great music, co-create, socialize and participate in these incredible virtual events.
It was a natural step for Mariah, who dominates the holidays in the physical world, to bring her massive holiday presence to the virtual world as well.
In addition, CBS will air an upcoming concert, live from Madison Square Garden, “Mariah Carey: ‘Merry Christmas To All” as a two-hour primetime special on Dec. 20.

Livetopia is a popular role-playing experience on Roblox, with billions of views to date, focused on exploring, creating and spending time with friends in the digital world.

Fans can visit Livetopia today and explore the 12 Days of Christmas scavenger hunt, mini-games and challenges with teasers of Mariah Carey’s big appearance from now until the first performance on Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 7 p.m. EST.
There will also be an online store offering exclusive virtual items, unlockable houses, cars, Christmas hats and more.
Some exclusive items include special power-ups that users will be able to use before, during or after, within Livetopia.
