“Since we launched our meta-distillery last September in Decentraland and have been hosting weekly parties ever since, we wanted to host a big happy hour to recognize World Cocktail Day,” explained co-founder Emily Gillis-Terry. “And we thought why not throw the biggest happy hour to date in Decentraland.”
On May 13, World Cocktail Day celebrations kicked off with a DJ set from Kong at 5 pm EST. In addition, at 6 pm, guitarist John Marvin Scott took the stage at Wisher Meta-Distillery, followed by Toigo at 7 pm.
“Before a single drop of vodka was sold in stores, we wanted to launch Wisher in the metaverse to celebrate our early supporters and biggest fans,” said co-founder Kimberly LaRose. “The Web 3.0 community has welcomed us with open arms, and we want to welcome everyone to our meta-distillery as we attempt to set a world record for the biggest party in Decentraland this Friday.”
Finally, the Wisher Vodka metaverse is moving forward to change the way the alcohol industry works. However, you must be at least 21 years old to enjoy Wisher Vodka or own its NFTs.
