The Axie Infinity team announced this Friday the launch of “Axie IRL”, a program specially designed to organize community meetings about the popular P2E game.
This information was offered through its website, where details of a tool that seeks to give greater presence and power to the Axie Infinity community were shown.
The main idea of Axie IRL is that the Axie Infinity team can officially support a series of meetings, which, despite being local, can have a global scale.

A clear sign of approval for such meetings was the Origin Watch Party, where users from all over the world had the opportunity to share meetings with various Axie Infinity personalities around the world.
These meetings will not be exclusively telematic, as a direct approach to the long-awaited face-to-face modality is planned.
How do I qualify to host an Axie Infinity community meeting?
Not just anyone can be the head of this type of meeting, so the Axie Infinity team established some necessary points to serve as an organizer. These are:
- Be an outstanding member of the Axie Infinity community, being exempt from sanctions or bans.
- The core member must belong to the Axie Infinity ecosystem for a period of no less than 3 months at the date of application.
- The person(s) interested in forming a local Axie Infinity meeting must duly fill out the following form as a first step, the second step being a 20-minute meeting with the regional leader.
How will Sky Mavis support the event?
If you have the approval and agreement of the Axie Infinity team and Sky Mavis, you will have the following elements to support the meeting:
- Financial support to hold the event, covering all expenses, always based on the quality, scale and region where the event will be held.
- Contribution to republish the event, achieving a greater reach in social networks, including information from the organizers or the official accounts of the meeting.
- Delivery of various gifts in Axie Infinity assets, which can reach up to 500 USD, which can be Axies, Items, AXS or land.
- If available, part of the Sky Mavis team or the regional leader may attend the meeting as support or special guests.
What are the responsibilities of the regional organizers at the meeting?
Some of the arrangements foreseen below may be subject to change, mainly due to local elements or situations concerning the current COVID-19 pandemic.
- It is necessary to ensure a positive and harmonious meeting, in no case will be accepted proposals that may damage the reputation of Axie Infinty.
- The organization must ensure the safety of its attendees, staff and compliance with COVID-19 sanitary measures.
- The organizer must be in constant communication with the regional leader for the development of the event, being available for phone calls, emails or messages through social networks.
- The Axie Infinity Code of Conduct must be complied with.
- Under no circumstances should the event promote the use of weapons, pornography, drugs or anything else that may be harmful to the meeting participants or the Axie Infinity team.
The Axie IRL initiative is certainly a great step to strengthen ties with the community, allowing all users to participate directly with the Axie Infinity team or personalities from the world of Axie Infinity.
